VoiceOver commands using a keyboard
Control + Option together are your Vo keys
You can choose to use the Caps lock as your VO key
Settings to Accessibility to Voiceover to Typing to Modifier keys
To move by element
VO + arrow keys in the direction you desire.
VO plus K Starts Voice Over Help
Escape Turns off Voice Over help. Also when not in help moves focus back one page.
VO plus B Begins reading from the top of the screen
VO plus A Begins reading from the current point of focus
VO plus H takes you to the home screen
VO plus H twice activates App switcher
VO + Space bar activates item
Note: with Quick Nav on the up and down arrows together activates and sometimes works better thatn VO Spacebar

Control + Right arrow Bottom of screen
With quick nav on
Left and right arrows together will toggle Quick nav on / off

Up & Down Arrow Together Activates link
VO + space bar also activates link
Left Arrow plus Up Arrow Moves rotor to previous setting
Up Arrow plus Right Arrow Moves rotor to next setting
Option plus Right Arrow Moves to next home page
Option plus Left Arrow Moves to previous home page
Option plus Shift plus Up Arrow Moves up a page
Option plus Shift plus Down Arrow Moves down a page
VO plus S Toggles speech on & off
