Narrator On / Off
Windows + Control + Enter
From the Run command
Windows + R
Type in:
Narrator and press enter
Narrator keys
Caps Lock key
Insert key that is the num pad Zero with num lock turned off
Input learning command:
Caps Lock + number 1 above the Q
Turn Input Learning off
Caps Lock + 1 twice
Learning mode will work for touch screen commands
To use the Caps lock key for Caps
Press twice quickly
Adjust speech rate, Volume, Punctuation and Verbosity
Rate:
Narrator + Minus for decrease and Plus for increase
Volume:
Narrator + Control + Minus or Plus
Punctuation:
Narrator + Alt + Minus or Plus
Verbosity settings:
Narrator + V

Reverse:
Narrator + Shift + V
To get to the Narrator Settings menu:
Windows + Control + N
To toggle Scan mode on / Off
Narrator + Space bar
H for next heading and Shift H prior Heading
Once you get to Personalize Narrator voice use down arrow
Enter to interact with combo box down arrow to locate then enter to choose and collapse
Note:
With the Surf Pro keyboard Alt + F4 will mute
You must use Function key with Alt + F4 to close a window
